Figural Stem Lamp Dated 1876

This antique figural stem lamp is a little different to most.

The inclusion of a spelter foot section to hold the soapstone base sets it apart from others and further enhances the classical look.

The collar on the clear glass “Zigzag & Diamond” pattern font bears a patent date of 1876.

The vintage burner is in good working order and has been fitted with a new wick and a new chimney.

The overall condition of this figural stem lamp is very good to excellent.

Height to the top of the chimney – 60cm (23.5″)

Diameter of the font – 15cm (6″)
