Pair of Antique Oil Lamps

This is a delightful pair of antique oil lamps (circa 1870s) featuring figural stems of a young boy on one and a young girl on the other.

The polished spelter figures are finely detailed and the stance of the figures are mirror images.

The black painted cast iron bases are the less commonly seen hexagonal shape and compliment the pair of antique oil lamps perfectly.

The roughened and wheel cut panelled fonts have extended shoulder collars and both lamps have been fitted with new embossed burners and beaded top chimneys.

Overall, both lamps are in excellent condition and will be sure to become a focal point in your home or collection.
