Green Glass Font Table Lamp

This time we have an English table lamp with a green glass font that dates to circa 1910.

The font has a very interesting optic pattern within the glass. It also has a series of ridges across the top of the font where the glass has been drawn in to the neck.

The lovely green glass font sits atop a black painted cast iron base. The base is decorated with a wading bird on each face.

Condition

Overall, this green glass font English table lamp is in excellent condition.

There is no damage at all to the font or the base. The glass font is free of any chips, cracks or bruises and the cast iron base is also without any breaks or chipped paint.

Finally, the lamp is fitted with a vintage burner which is in good working order and a new wick and chimney.

We are sure this lovely antique oil lamp will be a wonderful addition to your home or your collection.
