Copper Lamp with Cast Iron Stand

This antique vase oil lamp is different to most in that the stand for the copper lamp is cast iron rather than wrought iron or brass.

The copper vase has a matching band of black painted metal around the centre that ties in nicely with the stand.

The oil lamp is fitted with a brass slip font which is in perfect condition. It is rare to find one of these fonts nowadays without any stress cracks. The font also has a flame spreader, the correct sized wick and is complete with a new chimney.

The vintage tulip style shade is frosted with a floral motif on two sides. It is in very good to excellent condition without any chips or cracks.

This antique cast iron and copper lamp is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to your home or your collection.
