This antique brass banquet lamp dates to the 1890s. It has an elegance that is very attractive and appealing.

The vase that holds the font is beautifully embossed with scrolls and leaves. The reeded column is further enhanced by vine and acanthus decorations and the open-work base compliments the vase perfectly.

The hand painted flowers on the globe shade further add to the appeal of this antique brass banquet lamp.

The kerosene lamp is fitted with a brass Plume & Atwood “Royal” slip font. It is complete with the correct flame spreader and in excellent working condition. The thumb wheel turns easily to raise and lower the wick. A new chimney completes the font and burner assembly.
